Terms & Privacy
Terms of Service
By accessing, purchasing, or using any service offered by LeadMe Pro, operating at https://leadme.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "you") and the Company. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
LeadMe Pro provides intent-based lead generation services, including:
- Identification and delivery of verified, high-intent leads filtered from a licensed consumer and business data platform
- Lead delivery in CSV, Google Sheets, or other agreed formats
- Lead targeting and filtering based on your specified criteria such as industry, location, and keywords
- Any additional services agreed upon in writing at the time of purchase
Lead volume delivered per month may vary based on market availability, geographic location, industry niche, and data source constraints. Exact quantities are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Leads provided through our service are sourced from a licensed third-party consumer and business data platform. That platform aggregates data from consumer-facing companies, data compilers, public records (including census data and public directories), opt-in campaigns, transactions, and affiliate marketing websites and apps. Data may include name, postal address, phone number, email address, and digital identifiers.
The platform we license from adheres to self-regulatory standards set by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA), and Network Advertising Initiative (NAI). Data from individuals under 18, social security numbers, and banking information are expressly excluded from the data we source and deliver.
You must be at least 18 years of age with the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
5.1 Payment
All fees are due in full prior to service activation unless a separate written payment plan is explicitly agreed upon.
5.2 Payment Processor — Stripe
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By purchasing our services, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (stripe.com/legal). The Company does not store your full credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Billing disputes should be directed to us at hi[at]leadme.pro before initiating a chargeback.
5.3 Subscriptions
Monthly plans renew automatically every 30 days from the date of purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file on each renewal date.
5.4 Late Payment
Unpaid invoices or renewals past 7 calendar days may result in immediate service suspension. Reinstatement may require payment of the outstanding balance plus a reinstatement fee at our discretion.
5.5 Setup Fee
All fees are generally non-refundable. We incur real data acquisition and operational costs upon campaign commencement, so refunds will not be issued once service delivery has begun.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Company. To request consideration, submit a written request to hi[at]leadme.pro. We are under no obligation to approve any refund. Any approved refund will be processed within 14 business days.
7.1 Permitted Use
Leads are licensed solely for your internal business development and outreach purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share lead data with any third party.
7.2 Your Legal Compliance Obligations
You are solely and entirely responsible for how you use the leads once delivered. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including:
- CAN-SPAM Act (United States)
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — European Union
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
- Canada Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
- All other applicable state, federal, or international laws in your jurisdiction
7.3 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the provided lead data to:
- Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual
- Contact minors or individuals outside the scope of lawful business outreach
- Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
- Resell or redistribute lead data to any third party
All systems, workflows, methodologies, tools, automations, and processes used to deliver our services remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered lead lists solely for your own internal business purposes during your active subscription.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the leads or our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) any outreach or action you take using the delivered data.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or illegal use of our services or data.
Your license to use lead data delivered prior to termination survives solely for those already-delivered records, subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Florida, except either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
